Where? Kraków (Ruczaj)

Salary: 5 000 - 7 000 net B2B


What will you do?

  • co-create recruitment processes (profile, stages, roles) 
  • look for qualified candidates on the web (e.g. Google, Linkedin, Github, StackOverflow, etc) 
  • analyze candidates in terms of hard skills (technologies, experience) 
  • personalize the message to potential recipients 
  • build relationships with potential candidates 
  • collect the expectations of potential candidates 
  • adjust the offer to the expectations collected 
  • present an offer of cooperation 
  • coordinate the recruitment process 
  • interview with candidates 
  • hire competent employees

Job requirements

What do we see in you?

  • minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position,
  • ability to quickly search for candidates,
  • knowledge of the IT industry (technologies, tools),
  • the talent of relationship building
